How to Order

CeramTex USA, Inc. sells direct to end users, OEMs, and through a network of resellers. We only offer e-commerce purchasing through our website for surplus inventory. Current customers with an established account may email purchase orders to the provided email address or speak with someone in our sales team.


New customers please reach out to our sales team by using the form on our "Contact CTX" page, or call our office at 1-770- 427-5821. We will be happy to assist you in the ordering process. 

We accept all major credit cards and can offer account terms to qualifying organizations.


While we pride ourselves in having a large stock of items on hand, not every item listed on our website is in stock. Prior to inquiring on an item, specifically an eyelet, it is helpful to choose a few alternatives in case your desired item isn't stocked. We also offer several items that may not be listed on our website. Should you have the need for an item not listed on this site, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.

 We do offer custom production services for new guides however minimums and tooling will apply.

For products other than ceramic's such as equipment, creels, hardware, or creel parts please email or call us for RFQ and availability.

Domestic Shipping

Our preferred domestic shipping carrier for ground and air service is UPS, however we do ship FedEx and USPS. All samples ship via USPS unless a freight account number is supplied.


 

International Shipping

CTX routinely ships to both Canada and Mexico. 

Our preferred carrier for international shipments is UPS. We offer both UPS and FedEx. Please contact us for a rate quote. 

All consignee's of international shipments are responsible for any applicable duty and taxes. 

We do ship DHL upon request, however, Customer must provide CTX with their account number. 

Destinations other than USA, Canada and Mexico please inquire with us.
